Hopefully we will not be in a situation where you need to return
goods to us.
Here is a brief outline of our returns process:
In the first instance you need to communicate with us to establish
what the issue is. If an authorisation is made that the goods can be
returned to us, a returns number will be allocated. The goods must be
returned ideally in the original packaging unused. If the original
packaging is no longer available, please ensure the materials are
adequately protected. Assuming we are at fault in some way, we will either
send in our carrier to collect the goods or you can return them using a
signed for service only and we shall refund the ship fee accordingly.
