|Are all of your products in stock?||
We distribute for a number of manufacturers, we often stock the popular items, but not everything!. The stock status of a product is displayed on our site. If it says 'out of stock', it may well be on its way to us. Please get in touch and we will gladly provide a quotation.
Some parts (especially cable assemblies) are made to order, please contact us to learn that item's particular deliver time.

|What is IP69K - IP68 etc?||
IP69K - high pressure hose proof from multiple angles, moving angles.
IP68 - permanent immersion in water to the manufacturer's advised depth.
IP67 - temporary immersion in water to the manufacturer's advised depth and time.
There are lesser specifications, IP65 & IP66 (rain water droplets proof) - these are still waterproof but in terms of connectors we only have IP67 or above. For enclosures we have these, and some people are happy with a box that is IP65 waterproof, most prefer IP66 or above.

We have several ways to pay for your orders.

|When will my order be delivered?||
As a rule most orders will ship the same day that payment is received.
The order will arrive depending on the shipping method. If you have ordered and paid for the item by 12 midday, then assuming you have paid for a next day service, then you should receive the item the next business day. Note orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday (unless you selected Saturday delivery).
Incidentally - we will send an order acknowledgementwithin 24 hours (Mon-Fri), so if you don't receive one please get in touch.
