If you have an enclosure that is exposed to temperature and pressure changes, our membrane vents provide a barrier to allow the product to breath with the changing conditions. This prevents pressure and moisture from building up and damaging the enclosure seals and internal components, ultimately lowering the enclosure design and manufacturing costs.
Airflow through the membrane equalises the pressure between inside and outside the enclosure.
In addition, the membrane prevents water, dust insects & oils from penetrating the enclosure.
The membrane allows gas build-up such as hydrogen released by rechargeable batteries.
The membrane is protected by a tough housing ensuring long touble free life even in extreme conditions.
